NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000102 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-8, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-8, Plaintiff and Trenton Niemi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 22, UNIT 5, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
