CHRISTMAS; ESTHER CHRISTMAS A/K/A ESTHER JEAN CHRISTMAS A/K/A ESTHER J. CHRISTMAS; CHARLESTON PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED are the Defendant(s).
