NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-050581 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANCES R. STRAITIFF A/K/A FRANCES I. STRAITIFF, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CINNAMON COVE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. ; CINNAMON COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. ; DAVID L. STRAITIFF; REBECCA ZORTEA; ROBERT H. STRAITIFF are the Defendant(s). UNIT 1221, BUILDING 12, PHASE 1, CINNAMON COVE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM II, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DEFINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CINNAMON COVE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM II, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1723, PAGES 570-635, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1726, PAGE 2934, AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1641, PAGES 116-1665, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, WHICH MAY BE MADE FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
