Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051460, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007- HE6 is the Plaintiff, and CARMEN M. MARTINO A/K/A CARMEN MARTINO; JORGE NIEVES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; DB50 HV AC 2005-1 TRUST are Defendants.
