WELLS; JEFFREY C. BUSBIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; B. ANDERS NYQUIST AS TRUSTEE OF THE IRREVOCABLE H. NYQUIST TRUST UAD 5-9-83; CASSANDRA S. WELLS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURTS; LEE COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER; LEE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR are the Defendant(s).
