ALLPORT AND BARBARA A. ALLPORT REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 7, 1991; WILLIAM ROWATT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM ROWATT N/K/A ROXANNE ROWATT ; JULIE ALLPORT; AMANDA ROWATT; BRANDON ROWATT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
