NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006594 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and Nancy Mackinnon; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Mackinnon; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Bank of America, N.A.; Barrington Woods Condominium Association, Inc; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 801, BARRINGTON WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1449, PAGE 1285 THROUGH 1319, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 17 AND 17-A, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
