NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005005 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17, is Plaintiff and CLIF MITCHELL, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E.
