YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose your interest in the following described property:
Week 35, Parcel Number 406, VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Offical Records Book 1525, Page 1328, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 6, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Shannon Hankin, 6841 Energy Court, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
