NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of May 2016 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006983 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. RUH A/K/A MIKE RUH A/K/A MICHAEL EDWARD RUH; BANK OF AMERICA NA; HEATHER M. RUH A/K/A HEATHER MARIE RUH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL E. RUH A/K/A MIKE RUH A/K/A MICHAEL EDWARD RUH; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1939, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 42, 42A-42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
