NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of April 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006085 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and ALAN C. STILEMAN A/K/A ALAN STILEMAN; MEADOWLAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REDDINGTON INVESTMENTS, LLC A/K/A REDDINGTON INVESTMENTS; THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; ALAN C. STILEMAN A/K/A ALAN STILEMAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ERIC A. HALL A/K/A ERIC C. HALL A/K/A ERIC ANDREW HALL; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CONNIE VALENTINO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of July 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. M-4, OF MEADOWLAKE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 31, 31A THROUGH 31 H, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 1266, PAGE 225 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
