NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 004103 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and KATHERINE SCHULTZ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 22nd day of June, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 2654, ALL OF LOTS 2655 AND 2656, UNIT 8, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
