NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ERIC A. MCFARLANE A/K/A ERIC MCFARLANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC A. MCFARLANE A/K/A ERIC MCFARLANE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
