NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 58-2015-CA-001105 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF POLINA S. FREMDERMAN, DECEASED; MAXCIM GOLUBCHIKA A/K/A MAXCIM A. GOLUBCHIK; MAXCIM GOLUBCHIK A/K/A MAXCIM A. GOLUBCHIK, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE; BORIS GOLUBCHIK, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF POLINA S. FREMDERMAN; LYUBOV SHAPIRO, AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF POLINA S. FREMDERMAN, DECEASED; SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
