NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 002273 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE-HOLDERS OF LXS 2007-20N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CARL E. HOLMGREN A/K/A CARL EDWARD HOLMGREN DECEASED; CAMILLE HILDA BRANCH, HEIR; JOHN HOLMGREN, HEIR; MARTHA H. HOLMGREN - HOWARD, HEIR; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
