NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17th 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001738 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S Bank National Association, As Trustee For The Lxs 2005-5n, is Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees,Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through Under, Or Against, Joseph A. English Also Known As Joseph Anthony English Aka Joseph English, Deceased, Tracy J. Moon, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Joseph A. English Also Known As Joseph Anthony English Aka Joseph English, Deceased, Joseph M. English, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Joseph A. English Also Known As Joseph Anthony English Aka Joseph English, Deceased, Steven English, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Joseph A. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 21st day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 28, Block 875, Sixteenth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 15, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
