IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST AUDREY L. MCDONALD A/K/A AUDREY MCDONALD; KIAH QUINN; UNKNOWN GUARDIAN OF TYLER MCDONALD, MINOR; A LITTLE HELP NURSERY REGISTRY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
