NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 004173 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROXANNE JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROXANNE JONES; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AKA DAVID C. JONES; are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK N, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT 3 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
