NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 2014 CA 002152 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AHL2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and LUELLA JACKSON; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PART AND PORTION OF LOT 13, LESS THE EAST 39.04 FEET, AND ALL OF LOT 11, BLOCK “A” OF CENTRAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH LIE AND ARE SITUATE SOUTH OF THE ADJOINING AND FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: A STRIP OF LAND 66 FEET WIDE IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THE CENTER LINE OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST SIDE OF WHITAKER BAYOU, 91 FEET EAST AND 146 FEET NORTH OF THE SW CORNER OF SAID TRACT: THENCE N 60 DEGREES 06' E, 792 FEET; THENCE S 86 DEGREES 25' E, 558 FEET TO A POINT 844 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF SAID TRACT.
