NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 003992 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and USELIS, EDWARD A; HOCKWELL, MARY V; HOCKNELL, MARY V; The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against Edward A Uselis, Deceased; Silvija R Widmer, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Edward A. Uselis, Deceased; Fifth Third Bank (South Florida); Forest Lakes South Homeowner'S Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, FOREST LAKES SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
