NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 18, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 000586 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER M. BARSTOW, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22ND day of June, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 83, BRAEBURN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 198, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
