NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4th 2016, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002222-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Edgar Tier a/k/a Edgar James Tier, Sr., deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants, Kimberly Tier, Debra A. Collins a/k/a Debra Ann Collins; Brian K. Tier a/k/a Brian Kelly Tier; Keith S. Tier a/k/a Keith Scott Tier; Tenant #1, Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, OF CANTEBURY FARMS, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 14016 Chesterfield Trl, Hudson, FL 34669
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
