NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4th 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004528 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-ASAP1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINA LAWSON A/K/A CHRISTINA J. LAWSON, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK D, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1- UNITS “A” AND “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3148 Chessington Dr, Land O Lakes, Florida 34638
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
