NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001832ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-7 is the Plaintiff and Robert N. Larsen A/K/A Robert Larsen; Lynette C Larsen; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Brookside Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 ; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BROOKSIDE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 45, 46, 47, 48 AND 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
