NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2015, and entered in 10CA017081 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. STROHLER; JILL E. STROHLER; UNKOWN TENANT (S); GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CRREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILL E. STROHLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. STROHLER are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, LAKE BROOKER NORTH, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64 ON PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
