NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 29-2013-CA-006937 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE-3 is the Plaintiff, and YVONNE RENEE ADKINS, WILLIAMS F. ADKINS; AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS are the Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the August 3, 2016, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, by electronic sale, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST; LESS THE SOUTH 222 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
