H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DEBRA M CHASE; ANTONIO D CHASE; CRYSTAL LAKES MANORS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK NA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
