NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15th 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002837 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6, is Plaintiff and JOHN P. VOLZ; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, Canterbury, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 23, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Property Address: 17439 ISBELL LANE, ODESSA, FLORIDA 33356
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
