NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-017262 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF LXS 2006-18N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and David R. Albertson AKA David Robert Albertson; The Unknown Spouse of David R. Albertson AKA David Roger Albertson; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 78.5 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 6, REVISED MAP OF SHELL POINT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
