PHASE VII, OF SEMINOLE ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 90 THROUGH 121, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14469, PAGE 877, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENTS TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15622, PAGE 334, AS AMENDED BY CORRECTIVE AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15760, PAGE 1943, OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
