YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 13 as shown on Condominium Plat of GULFPORT SHORES ADULT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 121 through 124, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed June 18, 1979 in O.R. Book 4869 Pages 1132 through 1188 inclusive, and in amendment thereto filed August 2, 1979 in O.R. Book 4892, Pages 785 and 786, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Gladstone Law Group, P.A., attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before 6-27-2016 or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
