NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-006397-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is Plaintiff and BRANDY GITTO A/K/A BRANDY A. GITTO, is a Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 19 and 20; and Lot 21 less the South 26.65 feet thereof, DUNEDIN PINES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 59, of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
