NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 17, 2016, and entered in Case Number: 2015-CA-005909, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SAWGRASS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and STEPHEN A. CERRONE, is the Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 13, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 242, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 71 through 87, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
