POTTERS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants - claiming by, through, under, or against MARIAN POTTERS, Deceased; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIAN POTTERS.

and any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose names and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the Said Defendant(s) either of them, who are not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Mortgage and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 8354, Building H, together with an undivided share in the common elements, appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of CHATEAUX DE BARDMOOR NO. 10, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4794, Pages 2065, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Pages 121, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: STEVEN M. DAVIS, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. Alhambra Towers 121 Alhambra Plaza, 10th Floor Coral Gables, FL 33134 on or before 6-27-2016, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
