On July 01, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., GREENSPOON MARDER, P.A., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on August 19, 2015, in O.R. Book 18890, at Page 2115 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded on August 17, 2015 in O.R.
