Final Judgment was awarded on April 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-003594-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1 is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF SUEANN E. JOHNSTON A/K/A SUEANN JOHNSTON A/K/A SUE ANN JOHNSTON A/K/A SUE A. JOHNSTON, DECEASED; BANK OF AMERICA NA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MELISSA SAMUELSON; DELORA ANN EINWALTER A/K/A DELORA ANN CURRY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SUEANN E. The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM; the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, RIDGEWOOD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54 PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
