NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09011230CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, BERGINC STEPHEN W, et. al., are Defendants, the clerk Sharon R. Bock, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of June, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 23, BLOCK 4, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
