NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2016, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 18, 2016, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Ken Burke, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 5th day of July, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
