NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 3, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-008527-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and MICHAEL RAMOS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A DONALD DRIGGER, UNKNOWN TENANT II N/K/A MARY EDWARDS, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DEBBIE A. RAMOS, DECEASED, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL RAMOS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17TH day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block B, Harris Pioneer Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page(s) 86, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
