NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-003687 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and BYRON E. MATHIS, JOHN DOE 1 N/K/A TANIA RAMOS, JOHN DOE 2 N/K/A TODD KITE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16TH day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, VICTORIA PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
