You are hereby notified that Plaintiff, Kathleen Dougherty, has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title, endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania docketed at March Term, 2016, No. 00393, wherein Plaintiff seeks judgment that it is the legal and equitable owner of the entirety of premises 132 Wolf Street, Philadelphia and that Republic Bank, d/b/a Capital Mortgage and its unknown successors, assigns and all persons, firms or associations claiming right, title or interest from or under it have no right, title or interest therein.
