NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 216, and entered in Case No. 15-004989-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ELIUD M. SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIUD M. SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RANCH LAKE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH, A REPLAT OF RANCH LAKE ESTATES, LOT 18, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE(S) 43 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE(S) 79 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
