NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-CI-11289 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and CARMELINA CORDERO, LEONEL CORDERO, CLARISSA VARGAS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA CHRIS VARGAS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21ST day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot Seven (7), ROSEMARY PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 60 of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
