NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of May 2016 and entered in Case No. 12-008490-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2004-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES R. BERRY; SANSCEEAHRAY BERRY A/K/A SONIE B. BERRY; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 20th day of June 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, WHISPER LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 97 AND 9B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
