NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-006356-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and WILLIAM J. MULL A/K/A WILLIAM JASON MULL; ARICA L. MULL A/K/A ARICA L. KLINE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, SHOREVIEW PHASE - 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84. PAGE 51 AND 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
