NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2015, and entered in 12-003553-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENT II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7 is the Plaintiff and FANITSA MEEHAN; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
