NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006430-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD J. MCGUIRE; CHRISTINE MCGUIRE PALERMO; HEATHER MCGUIRE MORGAN; SHANNON MCGUIRE CAMPOS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of June, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Number 1506C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4861, Page 1517, and all amendments filed thereto, and as referenced in that certain plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86, inclusive, public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A/K/A: 4215 East Bay Drive, Unit 1506C, Largo, FL 33764
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
