NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-007521-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and JAMES W. WILLIS A/K/A JAMES WILLIS; AMY L. WILLIS A/K/A AMY WILLIS A/K/A AMY LU STONEBREAKER; FTL CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC D/B/A FTL FINANCE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CODY WILLIS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, LAKE PINES ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
