NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 20th day of October, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 2016-CA-001210-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, CHELSEA PARC, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 29, pages 92 and 93, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Property Address: 1758 Chatham Circle, Apopka, FL 32703.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
