NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-010386-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.. is the Plaintiff and Samuel L Birdsong A/K/A Samuel Lee Birdsong; The Unknown Spouse of Samuel L Birdsong A/K/A Samuel Lee Birdsong; Tammy S Birdsong A/K/A Tammy Sue Birdsong; The Unknown Spouse of Tammy S Birdsong A/K/A Tammy Sue Birdsong; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, PARK MANOR ESTATES, SECTION #9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
